Right now I live in Washington, DC, work for the American Institutes for Research, run a small freelance design shop and hang out with Josephine. What free time I have is spent working on my photography, finding good places to eat (including the occasional road-trip centered around food), perfecting my made from scratch pizza, reading sci-fi and being an all-around nerd.

I was born in Cleveland, Ohio, moved to Laguna Beach in California when I was 9, and then Falmouth, Maine when I was 12. I still consider Falmouth my hometown. After high school, and a stint teaching nature at a summer camp, I moved down to DC for college. I've been here ever since working, finishing my masters (thesis) and even teaching a little at GW. Soon, I'll be moving to Portland, Oregon.
